There are already 2 existing tabs, but I took the challenge and tried to
write those nice jazzy chords as close to the original as I could.

1) Key is Ab-minor, but the basic chord imho is actually Eb-minor,
   which means that the main scale is Eb phrygian.  Kind of cool!
 
 
2) The verse begins with a cliché: you just need to change one single note
   to play the next chord:

3) The song uses two dominant chords to return to Eb-minor: Bb7#5 and E9b5. They
   share the same notes, hence just changing the bass note changes between those
   two dominant chords. The bass player switches between both notes/chords a lot
   during the whole song.
 
   Ab      -D - Gb   bass:Bb   =  Bb7#5
 
   Ab-(Bb)- D - Gb   bass:E    =  E9b5
