I'm pretty sure Em should be replaced with E. The E sounds more correct. The first Am in the chorus (above "hold") should be an E and then Am above "hand". Also, I believe all he's doing in the song is hitting the A string once and then doing a down up down up. Rinse and repeat for every chord.
