I like it. I played along with the original recording in the key of G as posted yep it's a good chart. then I played sang and played in G, i was straining to hit the notes i didn't sound good singing in G. so i dropped it a half step to F# or Gflat if you prefer. .....wait there's more, those shapes aren't easy to play. or i could tune the guitar down a half step. but i did not. i left it in standard tuning kept transposing for easier chord shapes. but i still want F# for my singing key. so from key of G i transposed down to key of D. then put capo on 4th fret......Wah la.....playing first chord D shape but still the key of F# for my singing. sounds pro. the chords from the D shape lay really nice and are easy to play with the flow of the song. no matter what fret you might choose to capo for your voice. also the single note runs by the horns are very easy to play on guitar to lead you in. for my key f#. the intro riff is F#------A# B C#-----C# D# F# G# F#F#---A# B C#--------X2 the pattern is the same whatever key you choose. the riff after the after versus leading back to chorus is A----C# D E---E F# A B A A-----C# D E just once then into chorus. Enjoy, I sound good on this one just me and the acoustic, Thanks to whoever posted the chords Well done Thank you, this has been a song i loved since i was a Kid, and you made it easy for me to play and sing, also thank you Ultimate guitar for the ability to easily transpose to a key that suits my vocal range.
