Hello This is not criticism mate. At least you had a go and offered a contribution. I have given many over the years myself. Just a few pointers.Pretty good effort on your part. I actually teach this song to my guitar students. Just a few things you need to add which I will leave to you to do as you have done most of the work. Let me just say that this is the closest tab by far. The other 3 on this site are crap (despite the stars :). So here we go. First thing; * Let everyone know that to play along to the recording of this song they need to put a capo on the first fret. * Intro. Based over D chord only. Scratch D, D SUS (lift 2nd finger off E string), D, then Dadd9 (I think it is called) (put your pinky on the E string whilst still playing the D chord). So D, Dsus, D, Dadd9. * In the verse, over the lyric 'not a care', you always play a G chord. * Pre chorus is fine. * Chorus, over the words " YOU COULD HAVE" (2nd line)you play Bm. So there are 4 chords always in the chorus. * For your bridge (sorry mate but you are way off) I would be playing Bm, a quick A,then D. It is mostly BM and D except a quick A everytime Guy sings the word LIVE on the first line, then a quick A again over the word "GIVE" on the 2nd line and you go back to Bm on the word "GOT". Then repeat. * Over "really that bad" I scratch BM then G. * Remainder of song play chorus. Hope that helps. JC

Sorry guys. * Over "really that bad" I actually scratch a bar of Em and then half G, half A. That A is not the chord but it goes along with Guys voice and therefore works.
