I don't own a Charango (yet!) and making your guitar sound exacty
like one is difficult. For this song I tried tuning my guitar as follows
D# G# C# F A# F then placinag a capo on the 11th fret. The 6th string
(lowest) isn't played and with the capo in place leaves the remaing five
strings tuned as shown below.
