Saw a live version of this on YT and rather than a Fm, looks like Lytle plays a G7 or something very close. It's an open G7 of sorts where you fret the G on the low E string (obviously!) & the F note on the 3rd fret of the D string. He may also be fretting the 3rd fret on the B string but that's not super clear on the video. It's kind of like an open B7 shape effectively (but played up a fret & starting on the low E of course!):
e x
B 3(?)
G x
D 3
A x
E 3
You could tweak this to taste (adding the open G string, 2nd fret A string, open B string or any combination thereof) but I think this version with the other strings muted sounds about right though YMMV. Basically, as long as it's a G7 chord, it ought to do! Apologies for the long-winded scrawl ;)
Oh, and the final chord is a Cm :D
