you should probably specify that its a D chord that slides into a C chord vs. a D/C (slash) chord.

Macast is correct. Just watched a video of live performance. They are doing this in G. George is playing all chords in first position with no capo. I did notice one other guitarist, could have been Dylan, who was playing with capo on 6,so as noted above, it would as if you were playing it in key of E. Chords for key of E are noted above. Great song. Thank you for putting this one up here. If not for you, I wouldn't know so many songs, Chords I chose would all be wrong, I wouldn't have a clue, if not for you. Shout out to Pencom.
