"Maybe that's because you..." A#m7 instead of C#/F sounds better to me.

Good tab! There's one correction I'd suggest for the verses/outro, though. I think, the main part goes like this: | C#m | G#m7 | F#m7 | G#m7 | For the chorus, I'd choose a different voicing for the Em7/D, making it more like a G/D:[tab] E-A-D-G-B-e G/D x-x-0-4-3-3 [/tab] Other than that: great job, thank you!
