On the chorus, I've found it sounds more like the recording (And generally nicer anyways) if you alternate between G and Gsus4 for the 6 bars of G before the Em/G - Cadd bit. If that's not the right name of the chord then it's: EADGBe 330033 But other than that, great job =)
