I just watched the DVD of this song and the chords are spot on!! Luca, perhaps if you think these are wrong you can show me a better version? IMO these are the right chords!

I would use the D Chord a with pinky finger tapping the the F# on 4th fret 4th string or bar string 1-4 on 7 fret and up and down on 8th fret g and 9th fret b, then add one finger to make a EM when it calls for it
