To get this to sound right, you need to fake a simple fingerpicking pattern in 6/8 emphasising a bass note at the start fo each bar - usually the 5th string except when on a D chord.Esta informação foi útil?

Am

[Verse 1]
C G F Am
How often she has gazed from castle windows o'er
    Em Am
And watched the daylight passing
G Am
  Within her captive walls

With no one to heed her calls

[Interlude]

[Verse 2]
C G F Am
The evening hour is fading with the dwindling sun
    Em Am
And in these lonely moments
G Am
Those embers will be gone
        Dm Em Am
And the last of all the young birds flown

To live such fruitless years

Behind a guarded door

But those days last no more

Does the instrumental begin with A rather than Am maybe, as does the outro, which sounds more like the instrumental than a repeat of the intro as you currently have it? Pretty song.
