the song was written by bob dylan, and it cant be half step down mate, cause i just saw a concert and he did 3 songs with standard tuning and then nockin on heavens door without changing guitar, and he was using blackie, and blackie always stayed in standard tuning, brownie or his other sunburst strat went down in other tunings, but not blackie
