The chorus should be C/Bb not Cadd4. I play it as x1x011, you can pull off top E and finger the third on your B string to play the melody. The D in the chorus should also be a D/F# to get the descending bass.

Cant get the chorus Cadd4 to sound right, so i tried a Bb root note and it sounded right. Does that help?
