I'd recommend to play the song as follows:
 
The thumb plays the A-string and the D-string.
The indexfinger plays the G-string
The middlefinger plays the B-string.
 
In the descripton i'm counting "1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and" per measure.
 
Measure 5-6 (and intro measure 1-4)
Grab the D-string and the G-string with a barre of the indexfinger at the second fret and
finger the B-string at the fifth fret with the little finger.
In measure 6 between the count of 3 and 3and lift the little finger while fingering the
B-string at the third fret with the middlefinger. Personally i start pressing the middlefinger
somewhere in measure 5.
 
Measure 7-8
Lift the barre but keep the fingertip of the indexfinger at the D-string at the second fret,
while the middlefinger stays in place. The same time the indexfinger plays the G-string (at 1and),
let the middlefinger slide from third to second fret.
 
Measure 9
Bring the middlefinger back to the third fret, finger the second fret of the G-string with
the indexfinger and the fourth fret of the D-string with the ringfinger. After the thumb
hits the D-string the second time, slide the ringfinger down to the third fret (at 4and).
This slide should absolutely be heard.
 
Measure 10
The indexfinger now presses the A-string at the first fret, while the little finger presses
the B-string at the third fret and the ringfinger stays in place. Again at 4and the ringfinger
should slide furtherdown to the second fret.
 
Measure 11 and 12
The indexfinger lifts so the A-string is left open. If not already happend, now press the D-string
at the second fret with your ringfinger, while the little finger stays at the third fret.
At 1and slide the little finger from the third to the second fret of the B-string.
At the end of measure 12 slide the little finger up to the fifth fret so it is there when you
continue at measure 5.
 
With this fingerings you have a nice round loop of grips with a lot of anchors to guide you
through the song.
