I actually think this sounds pretty decent! Here's how I played it: Transpose +3 (so Capo moves from IV to I), which makes the repeating chord progression Cmaj7, Em - D. But, I think I like Cadd9 (X32030) instead of Cmaj7 but might just be me. Love this song - cheers!
