Comments about capo not being needed if you know barre chords are ignorant.
Anybody who's played two or three gigs over a weekend know how crippled your fingers can feel after awhile, even if your hands are strong.
A capo allows some open chords to be played that actually give your left hand a tiny rest with certain songs.
AND, in some cases the capo'd chord sounds even better than the equivalent barre chord.
Macho wannabe guitarists who think that they're showing more skills by not using a capo...Puleeeze.....
There ARE times, though, when a capo gets in the way of lead guitar notes that I want to play....
BTW....Tommy Emmanuel uses a capo from time to time...And he's a rather 'good' guitar player....
He makes me want to put my guitar in it's case and never play it again sometimes....

Really?? Because Dierks Capos while he plays rythym

On that "D#9+/5+" part, just play a B for the whole thing. Also i'm not 100% about the G in the chorus- It fits but i don't think it's in the song
