it would make more sense to call it Eb rather than D#, because we are in the key of C minor which has 3 flats, same thing with G# it should be called Ab

great job the other tabs are harder to follow but this is right there

End of the first half of the chorus, I feel like playing an Eb after Cm on "was here in my arms" rounds up better than playing nothing at all. Play it and tell me what you think
