His tuning seems to be like 10 semitones off and i cant get in tune with the song. Pretty strange but I know some people dont use a440 standard western tuning

Ur right. For me tho I feel like standard tuning with the capo taken down to the second sounds a bit better. And maybe try it in more of a g chord position. First picking is E string;5th A string;3rd D string:Open Second should be a step down. D;open Then up to D;open And then down to D; open
