Ok, you have the right chords, just the wrong chord names! Your Am2 is actually Am/G, the D/G should be Dsus2/F#. Very good ear though, you should check out some theory, you could be quite good.

The A's in the the little bridge are supposed to labeled A#. Sorry about that.

yo, so, for the chorus, the last note, not an A. i believe its a Dm. try it out. the A sounded way off. and at the start, its not an F. its a E/F e 0 B 0 G 1 D 2 A 2 E 1 (thumb) just from my first little look at it. =] good job either way =]
