I believe the second chord in the chorus is a CM7 instead of an Am. Good otherwise.

The C in the verses is also a CM7, I think.
It would be great if there was a tab showing the picking rhythm of the song since there are a whole bunch of fills in it (G gets a fill running down the D string, and D7 has one up to the 3rd fret on the 3rd and 2nd strings. (I am not 100% certain there isn't more but those are the ones that sound right.)
