I think that the 0 3 4 3 on the higher E string should be more like 3 bend and then you release and go to 5-3-0 part. The bends are more quarter tone bend rather than half tone but it doesn't make a big difference :)

Also the opening 0-3-4 on the b-string is really 0-3b4, i.e. a half tone bend from D to D#, prior to playing the open E on the high E-string.
