Each dash represents an 8th note (slide up to 8th fret in the third verse should be followed by seven 16th notes). The bass player was clearly bored to tears so he added a bunch of fancy high-fret jazz licks. The producer thought they sounded stupid (I agree) and so he made them EXTRA quiet. I have included a couple of the more audible jazzy bits but you really could open the regular guitar chords (version 4), transpose down 3 frets, then just play the root note of each chord and literally no one but other bass players would notice.Esta informação foi útil?
