Transition back to Chorus after Bridge: Just keep repeating that last D chord a few more
bars then go right into the chorus.

The bridge can be hard to discern and I know other people play different chords.
Instead of the F#m, you can also try barring a C#m7 at the 9th fret, which sounds good.
You could also play the F#m at the 9th fret.

The third chord in the bridge was also bugging me. I think this is closer... BRIDGE ||--------------|--------------|-0-------------|-5------------|| ||-7------------|-12-----------|-5-------------|-7------------|| ||-7------------|-13-----------|-4-------------|-7------------|| ||-9------------|-14-----------|-6-------------|-7------------|| ||-9------------|-14-----------|(0)------------|(5)-----------|| ||--------------|--------------|---------------|--------------|| Essentially same notes but I also think these slight changes for the verse work well... I think that 3rd chord you have in the bridge (F#m) should be an A major with the root note on the fifth fret, so played like 577655. Otherwise yeah, great tab! Also that beginning A7 chord sounds great as a bar chord fingered as 575655.

If we're gonna nitpick the A in the chorus is a F#m7, but otherwise this is spot on
