I am glad that you saw. Like you I learned to play this song due to Deron’s DVD. And this fast part is played exactly that way, and I must say is much easier than the previous version))) Also I Just wanted to point out that despite the fact that Deron played Pre-Chorus (Solo) part exactly as you have written on DVD, I think it sounds much better on the upper F and C strings. I think that Deron’s DVD there are several mistakes and differences from the original studio versions. I think he explains how to play the songs from the perspective of the concerts and non-simplification. And that we need to take into consideration.

I got it down as this: [tab] d|---------------------------------------------------------------------| A|---------------------------------------------------------------------| F|----------------------4-3-----------------------------3-4-----6--/8--| C|------------4-----4-6-----4---4-------------6-----4-6-----6-4---4----| G|----6-4-2-------------------6-------6-4-2----------------------------| D|--4-------4---2-0-----------------4-------4---4-2--------------------| [/tab]

I'm pretty sure that main riff played like this: [tab] D|----------------------------------------------------------------------| A|----------------------------------------------------------------------| F|-----------------------4-3-----------------------------3-4-----6---8--| C|------------4------4-6-----4---4------------6------4-6-----6-4---4----| G|----6-4-2--------------------6------6-4-------------------------------| D|--4-------4---2-0~----------------4-----7-4---4-2~--------------------|[/tab] And chorus riff consists of 2 guitar parties, 1st played just palm mute open G/D chord and 2nd (keyboards like) part. It sounds a little dirty together. Try to share it out. For the rest, everything right. Thanks!
