He is also in E flat tuning, and then uses the capo and tunes the 6th to C
Or, just leave guitar in standard tuning, no capo, and tune 6th string to C still.

Oh, if you’re in standard tuning, you can still use the above tabs, just make each note one fret lesson. The notes on the 6th string won’t change.
