I can't figure out the strumming pattern... a little help?

playing along with the version which appeared on juno i discovered what may be causing saamhimself2 to use the E7.
all strings are actually tuned one fifth of a step down.
i.e get yourself a tuner which shows -20 on the screen and tune to that marking
i do not know the technical term for that
