hey dude, im not sure how he exactly plays it (i've literally just picked up the guitar to learn this as ive had a scotch and it came on), however he plays something like: B string 3 fret, slide up to 5 (maybe a ghost note there, you can also hit the open high E when you get to the 5 and it sounds really cool), slide back to 3. Then 4 on the G string (i think maybe twice), pull off the 4 to the 2 and then play 5 of the D. On the final time after playing the 5 on the G you go to the D chord and can hammer on with your index finger. hope that somewhat makes sense! like i say im just playing around solo acoustically with it but it sounds cool when you sit in the groove/rhythm of it and just jam it out!
