Looking at the video from 9/9/23 at Red Rocks https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=idQ6DeIhI-Y&t=71s
you may see that Brandi is playing a guitar with a high E string in place of the low E string and
instead of a normal low A string, she has used a normal B string tuned to A.  This is the only way
to make sense as you watch what fingers are moving in the left hand and what fingers in the right hand
are plucking what strings.  But, it is standard tuning except that the 5th and 6th strings are an octave
or two octaves higher.  It will need a "tab" to document how Brandi is playing to get that exact sound.
 
Catherine plays the G chord like Brandi (as shown below) but she plays a standard C chord instead of Cadd9.
Her fingering for D/F# seems to add a G like this: 200233 but she probably isn't picking the high string.
 
Brandi sings the first verse without Catherine.  Catherine joins for the second verse and they sing
together in harmony until later when they take separate vocal lines.  Their parts are noted in-line.
