Great job with this tab! however I think that changing Dm to D7 (it sounds soooo jazyy) and Em to some form of E whose name I've forgotten. I'll describe it. E-0 A-2 D-0 G-1 B-0 e-0

Everything except when he goes from Am to C, he hits the bass line on the 3rd fret of the E string, then on Dm he hits the 2nd fret on the E, then the 1st fret on E for the F chord. All as bass notes before the strum.
