I think there should be a capo on the 2nd fret or a open E tuning, but I might be wrong. The 000000 chord is not a "D", it is a E. The lick sounds better like 333xxx - 000xxx - 555xxx - 000xxx - 333xxx.

I was thinking a little. :) My suggestions only works with a capo on 2nd fret. And it should be a E instead of a D.

guys just try this. Standard Tuning Intro: E, G, A ,G,E i'm doing this on the Stop so the sliding and stuff just improv. Verse E then E,G,A,G second half is A and repeat It sounds just fine, Pretty sure it's not in an Open tuning could be wrong either way it Sounds fine with open Chords. It isn't To sound just like the Recorded Version, but it's good enough as a Cover live or just jamming.
