I have tabbed this out as I was originally taught to play it, I know its not how Dylan
does it but it is a lot easier to play and
still sounds as great as his. The tuning is EAEGBE
(I dont know what thats called) you just have to tune up the D string to an E.
 
 
The Finger picking technique:
Thumb continually plays alternating bass notes whilst fingers play top 3 strings.
