Thank you for your comment, CPW! It's not an early contribution, but it might as well be one that I submitted prematurely, or even just a lazy one that I made when I was tired ... ;)
In this case however, it seems that we are focussing on two different versions, could that be? I'm just listening to the one I transcribed here: "The Bootleg Series Vol. 11: The Basement Tapes RAW", Disc 2, Track 10 (labelled "Unreleased"). This version runs as I put it down here. Which one are you referring to?

Perhaps it's because I can't find this particular version of the song, but to me a Bm7 sounds better than B7 here.
