NOTES: Apparently Willie played this in this same key, but
With his 12 String tuned all the way down to A (Standard)!
That means he played the open Dm chord form as the tonic,
and Daddy Stovepipe teaches it in that form on Youtube.
That's an extreme tuning however, and I think that these
Gm voicings cover all the bases on the recording and play
well. Willie Alternates the bass note on the Gm from 1 to
b3rd quite a bit (from G to Bb played at 5th str 1st fret).
This makes the Bb chord just part an inversion of Gm but
He does seem to emphasize it as Bb major at times. F, A,
and C# augmented (+) are all the same chord, but the bass
notes/inversions do matter here
