WHOA wrong

Not even close, thats the CRAZIEST way Ive ever seen this tabbed out. Start with the proper tuning which is C# Standard (the way it was recorded)

tune down a step and a half then play it,the first chord after the intro is a standard D,you are correct about the finger picking.
