Previous commenter is right. It's a good first attempt but there are a few more chords and some bass line notes that need to be included so that this is not just another monotonous 3 chord song. Try this. I transcribed it from the official youtube song. It's debateable whether sometimes he uses an f#minor instead of the D/F#. It's really hard to hear it. I chose the D/F# because to me I hear the F# bass note but not necessarily the full minor sonority of the F# minor chord. That's my take on it. To play D/F#, you just wrap your thumb around the neck and grab the F# on the 6th string 2nd fret while you're playing the D chord. It's very useful for walk up bass patterns. Hope this is helpful. sorry.. but your chording is wrong.. it will work.. but technically it is the wrong chords.. I'd check again.. they use a bunch of F#m and Bm chords..
