Use a kill switch on that last note in the solo.
 
 
Then Back into the chorus, then for the outro just play the chorus again
 
For the Lead in the outro play the lead in the bridge.

For the end of the solo its not a killswitch you need to have the second pickups sound on minimum and toggle between the pickups manually(it looks like that live anyway) Good tab though
BEAUTIFUL!
The chords to the rhythm chorus are definitely wrong, it isn't 1-1-1 the whole time, it shifts to 4-6-6, a Db. Also I believe the part in the verse where it's 6-5-6 should be 6-5-8. The rest of the tab is quite accurate though, nice because the other tabs fit the old version.
