On the parts that say 9b10 14b16 15b17 are you just bending that first note up to the second? Not actually picking the 10 the 16 and the 17 correct? Sorry Im a beginner just trying to learn to read this.

As long as you have 22 frets just play the bends instead of the individual 24s.
