Don't know anything about this artist and why he covered this song, a friend sent me it
and I figured it out. Seems to be generally similar to the Libertines original.
 
Note: Usually when the guitar for a song has a capo on its neck, the tab reads as if the
first fret beyond the capo is the 1st fret of the actual fret board. I find this is
pretty difficult to comprehend when reading a tab because everything needs to be
reprocessed in my mind before I can play it. So I'm tabbing this song out as if the
capo is not there.
      So if something is played on the 7th fret for example, the tab will read 7 as
opposed to 3 (with consideration to the fact the capo is on the 4th fret).
      Bear in mind this tab has not been transcribed so you can play the song without
the capo.
