Intro: Cadd9, G, Cadd9, G, Cadd9, Em, D, Dsus2 hammer D

Verse 1:
Cadd9 G
If I could walk on water
Cadd9 G
Like Jesus did before
Cadd9 Em7
If I knew all the answers
            D
To keep you coming back for more
Cadd9 G
If I could paint a picture
Cadd9 G
And then cut off my own ear
Cadd9 Em7
If I chose all the right colours
                D Dsus2 hammer D
Would this just disappear?

Chorus:
Cadd9 G
Because we run in vicious circles
           Em7 D
Until we're, we're dizzy with disdain
           Cadd9 G
And there's, there's miles and miles between us
           D Dsus2 hammer D
And yet we still remain

Verse 2:
Cadd9 G
So if I could write a poem
Cadd9 G
And find the perfect words
Cadd9 Em7
And then put them all to music
          D Dsus2 hammer D
Just so my voice gets heard

Chorus:
Cadd9 G
Because we run in vicious circles
           Em7 D
Until we're, we're dizzy with disdain
           Cadd9 G
And there's, there's miles and miles between us
          D Dsus2 hammer D
And yet we still remain

Verse 3:
Cadd9 G
So if I could walk on water
Cadd9 G
Like Jesus did before
Cadd9 Em7
And if I knew all the answers
            D Dsus2 hammer D
I'd keep you coming back for more

Chorus:
Cadd9 G
Because we run in vicious circles
           Em7 D
Until we're, we're dizzy with disdain
          Cadd9 G
And there's, there's miles and miles between us
          D
And yet we still remain

Chorus:
Cadd9 G
We run in vicious circles
           Em7 D
Until we're, we're dizzy with disdain
           Cadd9 G
And there's, there's miles and miles between us

Tried playing along with these chords, to my opinion it's 100% correct/ Great job! ;)

Im no musical genius but if you tune down a half step and then capo on the 5th you end up with ADGCEA. And if you leave it at the standard EADGBE and capo to the 4th you get ADGCEA. Just a thought....but other than that it sounds great. Good work.

I have seen Aaron Lewis live many times and play a lot of his stuff myself. In concert he uses a capo on nearly every one of his songs. This one included. You are spot on with the half step tuning and capo on the 5th fret. Those of you that doubt this just go watch some live performances of this or any other song he has.
