@jgsb2001 did an awesome job on this song, he tabed it in C#F#BEG#C# tuning because that's what Billy
Howerdel uses, as well as James Iha (ex-member Van Leeuwen used it occasionlly, his thing were/are D or C).
Almost all (if not all) songs by APC are in C#F#BEG#C# and I'd bet that's actually the "correct" way
to play this song if you want to play exactly as Howerdel and Iha do.
 
But since most of us keep our guitar(s) in EADGBE tuning I decided to simply transcribe from D# to regular E.
