It's a tab you dolt. If you want correct timing, learn to read sheet music.

c sharp tuning

This tab is great, except I use the outro from Version 3 (that version is tabbed in Standard, so if you're tuned to C# just play the chords 3 frets up). The outro on this version just doesn't sit quite right with me. It's the right chords, just not in the right order.. Not all are strummed equally, for instance (7-9 and 10-12) are transitions and have only a couple of strokes each time, whereas (5-7 and 9-11) have quite a few.
