measueres 1 & 5 should read E+---7---7---5---5---5----------------- B+----0---0---0---0-------------------- G+------------------------------------- D+-5----5---5---5---5---5-------------- A+------------------------------------- E+------------------------------------- Measures 2 & 4 should read E+---7---7---5---5---5----------------- B+----0---0---0---0-------------------- G+------------------------------------- D+------5---5---5---0---5\2------------ A+------------------------------------- E+------------------------------------- Measures 3&7 Are perfect and the only change necessary for measures 4 & 8 are at the very end on line D after B 3 fret is 2/5. try it i think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

0 on the G string is the exact same as 5 on the D string. So those measures are correct
